What is a virtual Skin consultation?

A virtual consultation provides the same fast access and convenience as an in-person appointment, without the need to travel.

Our consultations are conducted entirely online, providing a cost-effective and convenient solution for your skin problems.

Each session lasts 30 minutes, allowing Dr. Sunny Dhesi ample time to understand your skin goals, medical history, and lifestyle preferences. 

Once you have booked your appointment, we will send you a confirmation and details of how to join the video meeting or dial-in for telephone appointments. During your virtual consultation, Dr Dhesi will discuss your skin condition, review your history, and provide advice or recommendations.

How to join a virtual consultation?

  • To join your virtual consultation, you will receive an email with a meeting invitation.
  • Please check that the invite hasn't gone into your spam folder.
  • We recommend joining the meeting up to 10 minutes before your appointment start time to ensure you are ready. Make sure you are in a well-lit and comfortable location where you can show the affected area and discuss your skin concerns.
