Deposits or consultation fees may be refundable depending on the circumstances and treatment plan. Specific terms will be discussed at the time of booking.

5. Age Restrictions

Aesthetic treatments, including injectable treatments, are provided strictly to patients aged 18 and over.

GP services may be provided to patients under 18 in appropriate clinical circumstances and subject to consent and safeguarding requirements.

Weight management services are generally provided to adults aged 18 and over, unless clinically indicated and assessed as appropriate.

6. Online Consultations

Online consultations may be offered in appropriate circumstances.

Suitability for treatment can only be confirmed following full assessment. Additional in-person consultation may be required before treatment is provided.
