What is a virtual Skin consultation?
A virtual consultation provides the same fast access and convenience as an in-person appointment, without the need to travel.
Please note that this service is for skin concerns and discussion of what products to purchase or use on your skin. We offer a separate virtual consultation for medical concerns. In the event of an emergency, please call 111 or in a life-threatening emergency call 999.
Working closely with our partners Get Harley you can book in for a virtual consultation. Some of the cost of your appointment can be used against purchase of products.
Once you have booked your appointment, we will send you a confirmation and details of how to join the video meeting or dial-in for telephone appointments. During your virtual consultation, Dr Dhesi will discuss your skin condition, review your history, and provide advice or recommendations.

Medical virtual consultation

We understand that access to medical opinions is increasingly difficult, which is why Dr Dhesi at Vysana offers virtual consultations to discuss your health needs or medical concerns.
A virtual consultation provides the same fast access and convenience as an in-person appointment, without the need to travel. This is particularly useful for patients who are unable to visit the doctor's office or prefer the convenience of a virtual appointment.
Please note that this is not an emergency service
We are only able to discuss non-life-threatening health concerns. In the event of an urgent request, please call 111 or in a life-threatening emergency call 999.
Once you have booked your appointment, we will send you a confirmation and details of how to join the video meeting or dial-in for telephone appointments. If we feel that a virtual consultation is not appropriate for your symptoms or concerns, we will contact you to discuss this further and suggest other options.
During your virtual consultation, Dr Dhesi will discuss your symptoms or concerns, review your medical history, and provide advice or recommendations. If further tests or follow-up appointments are necessary, we will send you details of the outcome of the consultation and any necessary next steps.
If you require further tests, such as blood tests or imaging, we will advise you of the potential partner private hospitals that you can attend. If medication is prescribed, we will send this to a retail pharmacy.
